The staff was amazing, the moment we arrived I felt welcomed by the front desk. The room was the best part, very comfy and clean, like sleeping on a cloud.

During my stay, I loved how close we were to fantastic attractions like the Seward House Museum and beautiful Emerson Park, which made our weekend explorations truly enjoyable. although the breakfast service was a bit slow, the hotel's central location more than made up for it as it allowed us easy access to everything we wanted to see.

I had a fantastic experience staying in a comfy Premium King Room, it felt like my own little retreat! The indoor pool design is perfect for families. I could relax while watching my kids swim without any steaminess. Plus, enjoying a delicious dinner at the on-site Burger Theory was a highlight of my stay!

the keurig in the room didn’t work. though the front desk staff quickly provided fresh coffee. the pool area was family-friendly. and the evening service in the restaurant was fantastic. clean rooms were a plus too.

The Assistant Manager's rudeness ruined our daughter's birthday surprise, casting a dark shadow over our stay. I was judged before accessing our room, which soured the experience completely.
